  I was glad to not be working and I went out for a quiet breakfast to read. I asked the hostess if she had a quiet booth and she replied,"Sorry I don't". This was said as though she really could care less if a customer left. I asked for a booth not near kids and she found me one. MY waitress got my order wrong;bringing men turkey sausage when I am allergic to sausage and almost throws it in front of me and I catch her and told her I ordered Turkey bacon and she said, "No you didn't". SHe took it away and brought me regular bacon; which I don't eat and she threw my check down and left. She did check back and I told her the home fries are rancid , like the oil had been on there forever. SHe said nothing except that they were grilled and left. I ate them anyway because I was hungry, checked out and the checkout girl got ticked off at me for not telling her ahead of time to take the coffee off because it was election day. Her ticked off response was, response was,"Your supposed to tell me ahead of time before I ring you up, this is only for people who vote!" (which I did). I said I did tell my waitress and the hostess. Before this she had asked me if everything was ok and I said, " menza menza"; which she also ignored.. I went home and had a violent case of stomach problems later that day. These girls are young and have no idea how to treat the public. My boys are the same age and they were taught basic principals of being polite. I usually go to Denny's for breakfast; The breakfast's are delicious, reasonable and the waitresses in the day light hours have been there for years and are wonderful. You may want to follow suit. I feel bad for reporting this but this actually ruined a beautiful fall day off and should not be so.

  I love Eat'n Park. This one is my favorite in the area. It has a homey feel with its design and food options. I feel like it's a staple of the area. I love the grilled chicken salad and sticky buns. They also make their own ranch dressing and it's delicious. Don't forget a smiley cookie!
